Cold Brew coffee is the process of steeping coffee grounds in cold water for an extended period of time. The result of this process creates a smooth and naturally sweet cup of coffee compared to a hot brewed cup of coffee.

Each bag of Woah contains 6 cold brew bags. A cold brew bag is designed to brew roughly 5 cups of cold brew, therefore each bag of bag of Woah makes roughly 30 cups of cold brew.
- Add 1 cold brew bag to ~5 cups of water in a pitcher.
- Place in fridge for 18-24 hours.
- Remove the bag and ready to serve.
Woah Pro Tips:
- Make sure you fully submerge the cold brew bag into the water.
- For a stronger taste, leave in the fridge longer.
- For a lighter taste, add more water.
- Use a wide mouth pitcher and carefully remove the bag to prevent tearing.
- We recommend brewing in a glass pitcher with a lid for best taste.
We recommend brewing all cold brew bags within 45 days of opening the bag for best taste.
We also recommend drinking the cold brew within 2 weeks of brewing.
Each bag of Woah has an expiration date on the bottom of the bag. Do not drink if the date has passed, even if unopened.
We offer a '30 Day Woah Guarantee' from the date your first purchase gets delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your first purchase has been delivered, we are not able to offer you a refund.
If you were to order 3 bags of Woah and are not satisfied, we would expect you to return 2 unopened bags in exchange for a refund for all 3 bags. If you've opened 2 out of the 3 bags and are trying to just return 1 bag, this voids our 'Woah Guarantee' and you are not eligible for a refund.
If you have purchased previously and made another purchase, you are not eligible for the 'Woah Guarantee' since you have previously tried the product. However, if you have any issues please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued.
Orders are shipped out within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend or on major US holidays will ship the next working business day.
If your order shows as delivered and you have not received your package, please try these things before reaching out to us (we consider orders lost if we do not see movement for 6 or more days).
1. Check uncommon areas the package may have been placed such as front porch, side door, around mailbox, behind a bush near door, etc.
2. Check with neighbors or leasing office. Sometimes if a new mail delivery person gets added to your route, they aren't exactly sure where to leave it.
3. Wait 48 hours. Sometimes a package will get scanned accidentally to be marked as delivered but then shows up the next day.
If you still have not recieved your package 6 days after being marked as delivered, please reach out to us and we will reship your order.
